My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Camping World of Myrtle Beach. We came in needing to downgrade our camper because we’ve fallen on hard times, and I’m currently pregnant, so getting into something more affordable was extremely important for our growing family. From the moment we arrived, Corey and Dan treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. There was never any pressure to buy anything, and they truly listened to our situation and what we needed. They went above and beyond to help us by giving us a higher trade-in value for our camper, lowering the price of the camper we were purchasing, and even waiving the taxes to make the deal work for our family. Thanks to Corey, our salesman, and Dan, the finance manager, we were able to trade into a camper that is completely paid off. That has lifted such a huge financial burden off our shoulders and given us so much peace of mind during a very stressful season of life. What meant the most to us was how sympathetic, empathetic, and understanding they were throughout the entire process. This is Robin B. My grandson uses this email for YouTube so excuse the name LOL I have had the absolute BEST experience. Heather was my sales rep. She is beyond words AMAZING I had a very different situation and she jumped through hoops to make it happen. Cory in Finance is incredible. He met every question with compassion. No pressure. Sam in. service is spectacular. We bought a used unit and missed a couple things in the walkthrough. They have agreed to tow the unit back and repair what is needed. 🩷🩷🩷 I know others have had negative and I had an experience at another Camping World that made me say I’d never go bad to CW. BUT…..this group. I’d recommend highly and will refer all that I know to them. Just Siimy AMAZING

This has been the worst experience purchasing a NEW KEYSTONE RAPTOR from this company a month ago. I was signing paperwork as my husband was doing the walk around/learning the camper. I was talked into getting a better warranty that covers electronics and other things in the camper. AFTER signing the papers I am informed by my husband that part of the docking lights need to be replaced and the sound bar needed to be replaced but that we would have to file it under the warranty!!?! So one of the papers they had me sign said they owed me nothing (brand new $150k camper with no known issues at this point seems fair) but they failed to inform me of the issues with the camper prior to signing said papers. They owed that to us. That shouldn’t be a warranty thing since it was an issue before the purchase and the sellers knew about the issues with the camper before we purchased it. Then we take the camper to our camping spot at Ocean Lakes and two days later our AC unit goes out in the living room. After 2 days of use!! Sent someone out to look at it and they said they would have to order the parts to fix it and ship to the camping world closer to our home. I feel they owe us a new ac uni

Great people and great experience! The process was quick and smooth and treated us like family. Huge shout out to Sherry Archie for communication and making sure I was taken care of every step of the way and even courtesy calls to make sure everything was going good and there were no issues. Also want to brag on Dakota for making it a great experience as well. These folks are top notch and I’m not a people person by any means so that’s saying something! Highly recommend!

So despite the negative reviews, we took a trusted recommendation and came to Camping World. Long story short - Today my mom received her brand new camper. All the staff were very helpful & welcoming. Jordan went above and beyond to take care of us & get her exactly what she wanted. He stayed late to ensure our safety with the new camper even after spending almost all day with us 😉 Corey in finance & Rob in services also “get 5 stars” We can’t wait to go camping !
